Group Project

Students in groups will conduct small projects related to self-driving car technology. Students will have opportunity to find their own topics (reproducing an existing technique is allowed) or to select one from the following topics – path planning using indoor positioning system, sensor-fusion based localization, fast SLAM, traffic sign/signal detection, obstacle detection/avoidance, cloud-based remote control, etc. Hardware devices/software tools can be purchased using the course grant if necessary.
